Stores a 'ParseOrStoreFailure'-object.

Stored at root-level in the given data storage, with detailed information about what exactly failed.

Note that the 'ParseOrStoreFailure'-object will overwrite any older such object already written.
In other words it gives information about the last property stream line that failed to either parse or store.

The 'CountStored' property tells how many such objects have been created since the application was initiated.

'ParseOrStoreFailure' object gives an emergency indication that something is wrong with for instance data received through a Subscription over the PropertyStream without the calling method having to take any action there and then.
